Real Estate and Campus Enterprises provides a variety of services and programs that support the mission of the University.
Real Estate Operations provides oversight for real estate management, investment and development activities for real estate holdings on behalf of the University, the Foundation and the Endowment. Real Estate Operations also manages and leases office and residential property both for use by University departments and of properties owned by various entities of the University.
Campus Enterprises supports the University’s students, faculty, and staff by providing a wide range of products and services to enhance the campus experience. From course materials to dining services, licensing to printing, to power and parking, Campus Enterprises provides retail and business services that support the Carolina community.
